Shipping & Returns

Where we ship from

All retail orders leave our United States warehouse. Products are made in Istanbul, but you are not waiting on an international parcel — domestic transit times apply.

Rates and timing

• Flat rate $12.95 on U.S. orders.
• Free U.S. shipping on orders over $250.00.
• Orders are packed within 1–2 business days; standard delivery is typically 3–6 business days after that.
• Floor lamps ship oversized and may take an extra day to dispatch.
• Tracking is emailed automatically when the label is created.

Packaging

Each lamp travels in its own carton with the LED bulb included. Glass is fragile by nature — if anything arrives broken, photograph the box and the piece and email us within 7 days. We replace breakage at no cost.

Returns

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Start a return by emailing orders@veltura.shop with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Because every piece is handmade, small variations in color, pattern and texture are expected and are not considered defects.
